HOWARD STERN TO AIR INTERVIEWS WITH PAUL MCCARTNEY, RINGO STARR AND OTHERS THIS MEMORIAL DAY EXCLUSIVELY ON SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO

 

A day long special will focus on Rock and Roll’s most famous foursome and feature some of the most memorable interviews, cover songs and bits from the past 25 years of “The Howard Stern Show”.

NEW YORK – May 25, 2007 – This Memorial Day, SIRIUS Satellite Radio will present an exclusive day-long Howard Stern special featuring the most memorable Beatles-related interviews, cover songs and bits from the past 25 years of The Howard Stern Show.

The special will air Monday, May 28th, starting at 6:00 am ET on Howard 100 and at 6:00 am PT on Howard 101 and will be rebroadcast throughout the day on both channels.

Monday’s broadcast will present uncensored versions of some of the most entertaining moments in Howard Stern show history involving Sir Paul McCartney, Yoko Ono, Ringo Starr, Sean and Julian Lennon, Pete Best and Billy Preston.

Throughout the day, listeners will hear from Howard Stern, Robin Quivers, Fred Norris, Gary Dell’Abate, Jackie “The Joke Man” Martling, and Vinnie Favale as they reflect on these hilarious and often outrageous bits.

The special will feature cover songs performed live and in-studio by Jon Bon Jovi, Enuff Z Nuff, The Fab Faux and Stone Temple Pilots, plus Howard singing “Blackbird” and “Fool on the Hill,” Fred singing “Imagine I’m John Lennon,” and Scott the Engineer singing “With a Little Help from My Friends.”
