Chuck Berry although a pioneer of rock, has never been proclaimed the king of rock n roll. There has only been one person that "title" has been given to, and that is Elvis. Yes, he is rock, also pop, country, gospel, & R&B. He has spanned the genres and decades like no other. True he isn't Metalicca, but in the 50s with tunes like Hound Dog and Jailhouse Rock, he brought rock to the American public and it doesnt matter what you think of him, his title and achievements are part of history. We have had 43 presidents in America, but only ONE King, and that was Elvis....period! by AZJoe
