Default Carol Miller still on "The Rock" Stream #15

For those wondering about Carol Miller on "The Rock" now that Pat St. John is on Mon-Sun 12n-6pm Eastern... Pat was promoting her as following him... so evidently her new shift begins at 6pm Eastern.

Yes I noticed he mentioned she would be following him several times througout the day. This is a good move. I like both Pat St. John and Carol Miller. The Rock was excellent today!

Since Carol Miller is our favorite stream jockey (based on a poll here), she had better still be on THE ROCK!

a 300 song playlist will roll over about every 20-24 hours (depending on song length). I guess the commercials are there to make the playlists last longer.

This company has made a fatal mistake by going ''commercial'' on the music streams. Management sucks.

Hope you enjoy "Radar Love"...

Where do you get the idea that the music streams are going "commercial"?

Well, thanx to Pat St John's show, Ive been listening to the Rock for the last few days and i think he may be talking about all the Jingles for Sirius Radio that appear during the show... There are quite a few of those - which can be considered commercials..

On a side note, where can i find out the schedules for the personalities on Sirius? I know PSJ is on 12 - 6 and Carol Miller is on 6-12, but i would like to know what jocks are on what channels and when theyre on..The sirius website wouldve been my first choice, but there is no mention (that i can find)...

Hey guys... I think you are missing the whole "repitition" point.

For one... Sirius is not going "commerical"

And most importantly... do you think everyone w/sirius listens 4 hours a day??? No. sirius needs to cater to all of us. Hearing the same artist/song 2 days in a row means nothing... Most people like some repitition... its just that sirius was killing us with reptition week after week. I have noticed that most of the rock streams have dramatically approved. I doubt sirius would be cut down to a 300 song playlist on a stream like "the rock". Many other people have been praising how great "the rock" has been. Believe it or not withought some level of reptition all of the streams would be terrible... you would never get to hear any of your favorites again.

Sirius needs to please over 100k subs... who vary in age from 12-82, and listen between 60 minutes a week, to 30 hours a week. I think we are forgetting that. The plug and plays have really increased listening times, however sirius has addressed that this week on most streams.
