What are your feelings... I know I'd rather not have it, :11 past seems like it comes around a lil too frequently IMHO.

I find it annoying whenever it comes on. I always switch streams when I hear it come on.

I guess I've never caught it when I tune into US-1. What is it I'm missing?

It's Hollywood news. It comes on every hour @ 11 past. You're not missing anything.

I think it is a great feature. Jason Drew is really funny. I do agree that they are a little repetitive. I hear the same one too often.

I notice it also comes on sometimes when there's a commercial break on some of the non music streams (Sirius Talk, etc)

Ok I caught it and I suppose it's tolerable. Usually I would just tune it out though. Fortunately it is over quick but if it's the same 411 every hour then that would get old on the 2nd play.

It's the same 411 for the whole day. It gets real old, real fast.

a couple days ago, I heard one, then later I heard a new different one, then after that I heard the first one again.... WIERD

Maybe 411 is really just a cue to change the channel since they must not expect listeners to listen for more than an hour per day if they repeat the same 411 all day long.

They do not play the same 411 every hour but I can't figure out how they rotate them. It is different all the time. It seems like there are about 3 per day that rotate, but I'm not sure.
