Default Why no esoteric progressive rock?

e.g. the stuff XM 51 plays?

Pretty easy: There isn't a station for it here. Course, you knew that already.

It would be nice to have one, but it looks like XM is going to be the only solution as far as satelite radio goes... :\

I would also like to have a progressive rock station. I sent an E-mail to their customer care address requesting that they add one. I would encourage others who want one to do the same. Maybe if enough people request it they will add one.

For now, The Vault does occasionally play tracks that you don't hear on FM anymore by some of the more well known progressive rock bands (Yes, Pink Floyd, old Genesis). I actually heard Dynamo Hum by Frank Zappa the other morning. I haven't heard that in years.

Keep listening, they'll play it again real soon. Unfortunately, they only play about 3 Zappa songs.

Dynamo
Montana
Slime

From a person who recorded 50 albums.

We definetly need a progressive rock station. Bands like Dream Theater, Spock's Beard, Pain of Salvation, Porcupine Tree, Flower Kings, etc

Don't forget Neal Morse, Symphony X, Shadow Gallery too

LTE wouldn't hurt either, or Transatlantic

Ok, we're having trouble holding on to Octane, Modern Rock, and you think they'll add progressive rock? Sirius doesn't carry as much music as XM, channels like this are the stuff you lose.
