I would think that they are saying it will be on 5 days a week, but just not mentioning that Friday will be a replay of a previous episode. But yes it's been stated he will be working 4 days a week.

I think its still a question at this point whether it will be mon-thurs live and friday best of or mon-fri live. We've all heard conflicting reports and either at this point is nothing but speculation.

but either way his show will be heard mon-fri.... will there be airings on the weekend though and repeats throughout the day?

It's also possible that he'll be working 4 days but producing 5 programs a week. Is it live or is it Memorex? :rolleyes:

All I know is... I can't wait for him to get on over to Sirius!! It doesn't matter to me if he is live on the air 4 or 5 days a week. Just bring back the great bits and skits from way back and keep out the FCC!

I know your pain. When Clear Channel dropped Howard from the Orlando market, I thought that I was going to have to hurt someone.

But Howard is not going to be on Sirius until January '06. I'm not sure if they are going to stream Howard or not, but I am sure that someone else here might have that answer.

According to all of the accounts I've heard, he will only be live four days a week. Those 20 hour weeks can be a real killer, so I guess he had to cut back to sixteen. That's lame!!

I am sure he is working on his show more than the 4-1/2 hours that he is on everyday. Do you think he shows up to the studio 5 minutes before and leaves 5 minutes after it is over.

Either way I could care less how much of his show is live. He will have 3 channels. I bet it is going to be hard to listen to any other channel once he starts. I already do not have enough time to listen to all of the channels that I want to listen to.

Well, I don't follow him to work, but I do know quite a bit about the business of radio and I don't think he spends a lot of time at the studios on show prep.

I feel some of your pain. He was dropped from the Harrisburg PA station which I can pick up from home. I added extra antennas and what not to pick WYSP in Philly but it doesn’t work at home. Luckily I work towards Philly so I can mostly pick him up from WYSP in the car on my way to work. It sucks though; the station is always cutting out. I haven’t listened to that Citadel station since…well the first couple of days I listened but was so bored with the Stern Replacement.

It’s funny but I hardly ever listen to FM or AM since I purchased my Sportster. Well that’s not exactly true, I listen to the FM station on which my Sportster is broadcasting. :D

That is so true with me. I have 12 fm presets but only use 2. When Y100 left I just laughed. Now I only listen to 94.1 in the morning. I like when people ask me now that y100 is gone what is your favorite radio station? 90.5. :)

Plus Preston and Steve (now on MMR) copy Howard that it bores me.
