So here I am, in my office, staring at my windowless walls with no roof access (Artie: whaaaah!), Internet access, but...so what?...asking myself the BIG QUESTION:
HOW THE FCC AM I GONNA LISTEN TO HOWARD STERN!!?????
Anybody else asking the same question?
Anybody with a answer?

Record his programs and listen to them when you can..
There's a thread on recording Sirius broadcasts here:

I think this is the exact reason the S50 was developed. It'll provide the subscriber with limited computer skills an easy way to record content to listen to later in an area that doesn't receive a signal.

I do have internet access.
Is the S50 the reciever that can record approx. 40 min. of programming? Does it need a clear view of the sky while it's recording?
Still, which segment of Stern's 4+ hours would you record? :\
Go to Sirius' online player and click Live Talk, Sirius Left, Lynn Samuels. Wendy is on there.

NO WAY!!! This is so NICE!!!! I can not believe that Wendy is on!!!
Thanks Sirius!!
Are there plans to add Howard 100 to the Internet app? I realize I can get there by proxy through Lynn Samuels, but it'd be nice to see it actually listed.

The Sirius Broadcast will more than likely be on the Internet via The Sirius Player.
The S50 records up to 50 hours, so you could record the full 4 hours for everyday of the week and listen if you wanted too.
The 44 minutes replay tuners don't record, they just buffer while listening so that you can pause or rewind. You've got your tuners mixed up.

so, explain this more please. Does this mean, if I want to walk away from my radio, I hit the "record/replay" button and it buffers up to 44 minutes. Then, what are my options when I come back? Do I hit "play" to listen to what I missed? But, would you not then miss the ongoing live 44 minutes as you listen to the stuff you recorded or buffered? or do you listen later to that buffered 44 minutes after the show is over? how do you clear it? does it clear if you change channels or turn it off? where did they get "44" minutes?
If you press the pause button it will buffer up to 44 minutes, although when you turn the receiver on it automatically starts doing it and you can press the rewind button. It clears when you change the channel, yes.
You would miss the live programming if you were listening to the buffered stuff.

On Replay tuner (Starmate, Sportster) If you hit pause, when you come back you unpause it and it will play from that point on until you turn it off or change the channel. Powering it off or changing the channel clears the 44 minute buffer. The 44 minutes is actually if you use it for recording higher bitrate music. I have had up to an hour and half of buffered talk. But again this is just a big buffer, not really recorded for later playback.
If you want a tuner to record, you'll need to invest in the S50, which would give you up to 50 hours of record time.

I'm almost positive when Stern goes live he'll be available on the Internet stream.
