My girlfriend lives in Pittsburg, KS. After I do a little remodeling on my house, I plan to move out there. BTW, she listens to Sirius via a Sportster Replay.

Kansas is home to the
University of Kansas

And home of the
Worlds Largest Ball of Twine

Coolidge, KS is home to

Cousin Eddie!

Default Rockin To Sirius in Kansas!

Ahhh... I'm a day late.

I'm from Blue Rapids, Kansas but moved to Lenexa, Kansas. I love my Sirius radio (2 Sirius ones, a Kenwood home system, and a Xact XTR II)

I raced some awesome Go-carts at an indoor racing place called "Nascart" while I was at a cousins wedding in Lenexa.

Yah, Saddlers Indoor Racing. That place is kickass. I live in Olathe (KC burb for those who don't know). I used to live right down the road from the NASCART place on Sante Fe and Mur Linn. Now I live down past the Garmin headquarters off Ridgeview and 159th.

I listen to Sirius via the JVC 2000 in the car and from the boombox at work. My wife also has Sirius in her car. I'm rockin the Sirius sticker in the window if you see me around.

I'm just a little ways north of you right off Ridgeview at 95th Street (Prairie Star Parkway)

I'm here until the end of March.

Default Software help needed

Don't know where to post this. I saw a post about this same software problem somewhere but can't find it. The Sirius software is working great on my Windows 2000 machine but failing on XP. Won't even start. Was working ok until I had to reboot. Now I get nothing but error messages. Any ideas? I've un-installed and re-installed it multiple times. It's the Sirius software.

Well I am near St. Louis right now but after I graduate and have my Dr. of Chiropractic the wife and I are moving to big Council Grove, Kansas (hopefully in one year and eight months). We both grew up around Great Bend.
Signed,
Sondan

P.S. I worked for a summer in Blue Rapids while I was going to school in Manhattan. I did a summer internship with Keith S. at the Wildlife and Parks office there.

Hi everyone. I live in Wichita, KS (for nearly 9 years now...but from the great state of PA originally). I just spent a week in the remote reaches of far western KS for my job. I wish I had Sirius during that trip...

Glad to see some other Kansans here!

Regards,

Moon

Hi MoonKS

Where were you in western Kansas? I'm in Hays. Living out here without sirius can drive a person mad. I don't know what i did before it.

Hi Hondacr9. Well, I work for a non-profit that has offices all over the state. I was actually in Hays, Garden City, Scott City, Leoti, Hugoton, Ulysses, Satanta, Johnson, Liberal, Cimarron and Pratt.

Hays is not nearly as bad as most on that list. Most of those other towns just have a few hundred people...a grain elevator and if you are really lucky...a gas station.

Glad to see another Kansan on the forum
