I lived there from around 6 years old to 18 years old. My original post must have failed, but there are lots of great places to go in Idaho. Unfortunately, I don't have time to repost all of what I wrote before.

And I've never met someone like Napolean Dynamite in Idaho either, so the stereotype doesn't work for me

Idaho is a great place to live. I lived west of Boise (pronounced boy cee not boyzee) on a farm. There's something to be said about living in wide open spaces...I miss them and the mountains. I was there from the day I was born until '99. Its great place if you're an outdoorsman.

Whoops I missed our special day.

I go to high school in Meridian, live in Boise, and love Idaho. Had sirius for a few months and got 2 new friends subbed and am adding a 2nd for my sister this month. Thanks to the board for all the info and thanks to the Idahoans for making it the best place I've ever been.
