Default Amazed by Stern in the Media
I am truly amazed how any remark made by Howard becomes mainstream news. First with the whole NY post article on the possibility of Stern returning to Terrestrial. He said he was offered a chance but said no, yet NY post still declared it a possibility and then the news spread. Now, he puts an end to the rumor (which shoudnt have existed in the first place) and it has been picked up everywhere in a matter of minutes. LA times, CNN, foxnews, etc.

I agree. It was crazy how he Said no, and with in minutes, the AP did a release on him saying no.

Actually, his rebuttal is getting more press than what he's rebutting. I never read or heard anything about him going back to satellite other than him bringing it up. I've seen his AP story like 5 times today. Seems like good, and free, advertisement to me.

When is the last time you saw a band that had the #1 radio show, #1 book, a movie in the top 10, a weekly TV show etc etc??

you still can't claim "king of all media" if you havent been #1 in all media forms. He would have to come out with a #1 magazine, #1 newspaper, #1 cd etc. to make that claim.
