- Before you create a new article in the Knowledge Base, check to see if the topic hasn't already been covered somewhere. Do a search and browse the relevant articles. You don't want to waste your time by adding information that already exists.

To create a new page
- Make an "internal link" on an existing page. Do this by clicking edit on the page your'd like the link to be diplayed.
- Now, on the edit screen, type the title or name of the page you want to create in WikiText. By typing this the tile of your page enclosed in double square brackets ( [[Title]] ), you get this: Title
- Save the current page. When you create a link to a page that is new, it will show as red because it is not yet created.
- Click on the red link you have just made and you will arrive at a screen allowing you to edit this new page.
- Then click on "Save page" and your page is ready.
