Lightbulb "MTP Device Cannot Start" Solution

Recently, I attempted to download songs to my SL100. I received a pop-up indicating that the device failed to connect, and I could not see the Stiletto in either MSS or Y!. According to the device manager, the Stiletto is considered an MTP device (Windows Media transfer protocol of some sort). If anyone has a problem like this, here is the solution:

-Make sure you are logged in as an administrator
-Open your command prompt (Start->Run->"cmd"->press Enter)
-Type the following:

Net localgroup Administrators local service /add

-Close the command prompt and reconnect the Stiletto

I haven't had any problems since.

-Eric
