Default Bubbapalooza

Has anybody been to it? I've been in contact with Brent and I think I'm getting a meet and greet from him so I am wondering what it is like. I will be going to the event at the Taj.

I just got my tickets. I'm in the 7th row, center stage, 2nd seat. I would assume that I should be able to see quite well.

As soon as they hit Portland or Seattle, I'm there.

I wanna go so bad, but the woman is out of town this week and coming back on Sat. I would get her to go as a welcome back present, but she HATES Bubba.

The best part of the show was Artie at the end. The worst part was, in my opinion, a tie between Ned and Brent. The slide show that they had playing for Brent's performance looked like a 10 year old put it together. Half of the slides were unreadable and I was in center stage, 7th row, in the isle.

It really surprised me to see just how bad of an acting job Manson does when he plays Ned. You could tell that it was Manson because he was doing the exact same dance moves and using the same gestures. All in all it was a good show but there were a few dull parts where I wanted to walk out.

Spice just talks about himself. Brent uses it as a soapbox.

He uses it as a soapbox - although it isn't an impromptu speech. During it he has pictures of Bush with his quotes on it (they are supposed to make him look dumb I guess) only half of them were unreadable and about 1/4 of the quotes made Bush look 1/2 smart.

I love it when brent talks politics, but I doubt they have a place @ bubbapalooza where everyone is just trying to be drunk and laugh.

I had a gweaat time in AC this weekend. Met Bubba and the whole gang Friday at the lounge. Janiecakes was cool as hell. Spice, whom I expected to be the dick of the bunch, was anything but. Spoke to Dave Rice and 25 for quite awhile. Dave's a good dude and explained the likely screw up on the Friday replay (that he didn't know about because of the flight). Somewhere in there for reasons unknown, I bought Tom the Treemans black hooker a couple shots.

Just missed seeing Bubba Saturday afternoon at the bay house. He had left five minutes before to head where I was staying at the Econolodge. It was cool meeting Tom Taylor, Pedro and the other folks at the house. Ended up with a comped VIP ticket for the show and got to meet the whole crew again. Heather even remembered my name from our brief meeting Friday. See is so hawt.

Loved the show. It had some slow spots and could use a little editing. Didn't really care for Brents segment and Miller should have never come on stage. Manson did very well. Both his and Ned's songs were great. Having Sal and Artie close the show was an awesome added bonus.
