Alright, I'm giving TX an extra point as a penalty to Satradioman for a lame comeback. 2-0, TX.

Just take a look through your post, they speak clearly of your bias and YES you are guilty as charged. I don't know too many of us on this forum that blindly give Sirius a pass, the only different we don't give XM one either. We also don't run over to XM fan sites posting every tid bit of news about SIRIUS as you do on this forum in regards to XM. I also don't see you going to those XM fan sites posting news about Sirius. (perhaps I've overlooked them, but I don't think so)

Nothing wrong with being XM bias, but don't pretend you aren't when we can clearly see you are.

good point.
I'll tell you what.
When I can offcially announce the deal, I'll let you know the length
so you can make an informed decision.

How's that for fair?

hint... it'll be longer the 3 year deal we had with XM.

Looks like they are coming, and for more than 3 years.

So if it does happen- It will be wasted bandwidth and then telling subscribers to lock out the channel because they plan to make it part of the service rather than ala-carte- Hmmm why don't they do the same for the 4 channels (Faction, Hot Jamz, 1st wave, Alt nation) they want to censor when this so called stupid Sprint deal takes place and tell Sprint that they have to do the same.

I would imagine that is because these are the channels that Sirius offered up to Sprint. I don't think they will have access to all Sirius channels, but then again I don't know the details of this deals and I am not sure any of us ever will. I guess if you don't like or ever listen to the channel you would consider it wasted bandwdith, but if that is the case there is a lot of wasted bandwidth, cause I certainly don't like every channel.

Without turning this into a liberal vs conservative thing, I just love Randi Rhodes. Her charm, her wit, her unabashed liberality. I want to give her a big hug. I also think the world of Libertarian Rollye James, over on ask! with an opposite point of view, so it's not just Randi's political perspective that captivates me.

I don't see the need for Sirius to pick this up. It clearly didn't do that well at XM. Several polls I have seen said that it wasn't very well executed. And why would PB announce all these enhancements after XM decided to drop them. Why didn't the PB boneheads fix the problems before? Doesn't make sense.

The real question will be: If Sirius does get PBR, what channel gets chopped?

TX, post of the year back there on page 1. Big ups yourself.

If the Playboy channel does come to Sirius, it better offer more and it better not be as castrated as Maxim is. I'll be disappointed if it sounds like anything less than a 24 hour phone sex line. If you're going to go this route, you might as well go all the way. Don't put a beautiful woman on the radio and surround her with 3 guys telling me she's beautiful because it's radio so I don't care. Put a sexy voice on the radio and have her talk dirty for an hour or something.

Also, I will be severely disappointed if this is not just the tip of an iceberg of more channel lineup changes! I still want my Soundscapes back, goshdarnit!

So first we get word that Nascar is jumping ship and going from Xm to Sirius. Now Playboy is possibly coming to Sirius, is this a sign of more content wanting to go with the better company? Hopefully it is!
