Default I forgotten how what a great guest Kinison was

Today's replay of Sam Kinison's 1988 interview was amazing. I had forgotten what a great guest he was. When he pulled out his pecker, I laughed so hard. Mind you I have heard this interview in many "best of" shows, but never the entire interview. Howard came to LA in 1991 I beleive and I started listening shortly after that.

This is the type of radio that catapulted Howard to the top. His interviewing skills are second to none in getting celebrities to do things they would not normally do in other venues.

Great, great interview. Classic......

I agree. Sam's comedy is not for everyone, but I think he's one of the funniest guys around, living or not. It's so messed up how he died.

I agree, as well. Sam was the best.

Do you realize that at the time this was recorded, Beth O was hard at work also - as a junior in high school.

That's hot. I love the fact that all his appearences are pretty much at the tail end of a 24 hour bender.

That's what I kept thinking of the first time I heard it....How great would he be on Sirius! He would probably have his own show, maybe even before Howard moved. He would be awesome!

The interview was a jewel.

Amazing how Howard was foretelling the future"when we play these tapes"

The chemistry between Howard/Robin/and Sam appeared real and came across
as if they had worked together for years.

He had a little more than six years left after that interview.
