I wonder if they will tax you on the free preview and all of a sudden that 1 cent is $8.99

I called Crapcast to cancel my 1cent preview and they told me I had to do it through the OnDemand Guide. I deleted the program from my Saved Programs...I hope that was all I needed to do.

same with comcast here. I had to go to on demand. then select "special events" it was in there, and I have to buy it like a PPV movie. but the price was only 1 cent.

Cool

My cable company (cablevision LI) hid the 1 cent prview in the mature section of the On-Demand site. I was on the phone with a CSRfor about 15 minutes as he tried to find it as well. But, it was on a different channel than Howard TV.

BTW: The CSR mentioned that Cablevision is not going to even bother billing for the 1 cent, and would basically provide it for free.

I checked my Comcast bill online and there were 2 charges for 1 cent each dated Nov 3/4 & 4/5.

I called them on monday to make sure HTV was not on my bill and they said it was not on there. like i said, the free preview was done through the box the same as ordering a ppv movie except it just cost a penny.
