How can this happen, you ask? When Howard was at K-Rock, and NBC for that matter, he would always ask guests if they had "FU" money; meaning they could do as they pleased, not worrying what anyone, including fans think. Well, Howard not only has bigtime "FU" money, he also has "FU" attitude toward the fans.

I disagree with your O & A crowning, however. I can't get into their K-Rock show, and I'm not about to fork over more money for another satellite company only to be dissapointed yet again. I wish they were good, as competition may make Howard perk up a bit and do a better show - or at least show up for this one.

Do you not understand what it is to have the power to negotiate a great contract, if at your work you had the value that Stern has to SIRIUS would you make your own schedule 40 or 48 hours a week, 5 or 6 days a week with no vacations in a year or do what Howard does? Plus, (if you're not a troll and really a fan) I don't see it as him screwing the fans over when we now have an unfiltered radio show and you also get more live Howard per year than we had when he was on the FM dial. Your not aware of that though are you, even with the extra vacation time and a four day work week the commercial breaks not being 20 minutes or whatever it was have allowed us more Howard, not less. Us real fans appreciate the show way more than ever and it's too bad you don't appreciate "The Revolution" as being the middle finger aimed directly at the FCC and Clear Channel.

Yea, their ratings are HUGE all over the country!! Or not. Have you looked at the latest numbers?? O&A are barely above David Lee Roth in many markets and their home station is almost dead last.

Friday's off & week off vacation I can tolerate on Sirius because there is other alternatives i just don't think they should combine both if your going to be off a week at least come in on the friday that never was the case at K-Rock!

Nope, no troll here - long-time fan of the show. I'm not saying that Howard made a bad deal. Quite the contrary. He made a very good deal - for himself. The fans that like to listen Monday - Friday get the shaft of sorts when he substitutes programming with the other crap shows.

So, the "Revolution" is about giving the finger to who? The FCC and Clear Channel? The only time Howard mentions the FCC on Sirius is when he's in favor of them censoring others. Howard is on a "selective" revolution. And it seems to me, that finger is directed right at the fans when he takes off, rushes through the show, etc. Just my opinion.

But wasn't that part of your sinister plot all along?

"Howard Stern is the fuse, vincemcmahon is the flame, O&A are the bomb"

Dude. We have already bitched about the 4 days off. He always takes the holidays off, so you knew what was coming.

And as far as O&A go.... Nigga pleaze.

You act like he's sneaking into your home and personally stealing $12.99 a month from you. You have repeatedly said there is no alternative that is better and yet you keep on bitching. You sound like like a guy bitching about the fact he eats steak every night, yet when people ask him why he doesn't cook something else he replies "But I only like steak." Don't you see how ridiculous that sounds?

Also, your talking points - i.e. "The only time Howard mentions the FCC on Sirius is when he's in favor of them censoring others." are getting really close to O&A's talking points. IMHO, taking anything Howard's Id says about the FCC seriously now that he's on satellite is pretty lame. Actually, taking anything Howard's Id says seriously is pretty lame. If I want serious socio-political talk, The Show is not where I'm going for it.

I haven't done the math, and I know it's been stated before but...

-The shows are much longer now then when on testicle radio
-6 minutes of comercials per hour (if that...)

We are probably getting 5.5 to 6 days worth of shows a week, not to mention the other programming.

I happen to like the MTT shows, and the Friday Shows when they happen... so I see that as a bonus.

Oh yeah.. and Bubba is on right now.

O and A...... listened the other day... they suck now. I liked them before the Sex for Sam incedent happened, they just aren't funny anymore.

Notice that the Master Tape Theater shows end at 9:30-10AM and the Sirius shows go as late as noon? That should tell you everything.
