The first Vegas show clocks in at around 2 hours 40 minutes sans commercials.

Most the KROCK audio files that I have run in the 3 hour to 3 and a half hour range.

I did the exact same thing this afternoon - at least he was talking about something in the current news (I heard him talking about the Kramer incident at the comedy club) - which points out how bad of an idea it is to replay old stale shows from years and years ago.

I would rather listen to the shittiest, worse quality Howard replay then listen to Bubba. No way fucking way should they put that no talent mess on instead of a Stern Show.

I wish he would stop taking vacations just so we wouldn't have to put up with 1000 more threads like this. I can't believe that so many unsatisfied customers would continue to buy a product that they hate as much as the people on here hate the way Howard is running his stations.

Listened to the karaoke bit twice. I could listen 10 more times just to hear the band Train. What a fabulous band. It made everyone sound good. Enjoyed Fred's Road House. Howard's Stairway to Heaven was fun. Robin was off tune as usual but the song was so quirky and her take was so bold that that was fun also. Gary can't sing but I admired his bold attempt. Artie was too drunk to do his usual job. When Scott sang Summer in the City the band did the jackhammer sound. How the hell did they do that?

I think that the vegas show was way better than the 1980s replays. It was much more like the shows of today. That crap that they keep playing from 1988 is not in any way funny today like it was then.

Question

Does anyone know if the porn star bowler who "wins" a "date" with Jeff the Drunk is the same woman heard later sobbing uncontrollably on that infamous audio tape?

I really enjoyed the Vegas Shows, the karyoke(sp) was funny as hell. Robin was such a mess.

Great, after reading this thread now I can't get that dumb "Las Vegas" (i.e. Jennifer Holloway) song out of my head.

Bumpity bump bump

They were playing the Las Vegas shows again a few hours ago. I kind of enjoyed them, and the only real complaint I have is that Daniel Carver and the "God Hates Fags" family really make me cringe. Just the fact that that Phelps bitch had those poor brainwashed kids singing that ridiculous song during the karaoke made me want to reach through my radio, go back in time and strangle her.

The one thing the Vegas show highlight is that they can play full form old shows without the Harden Thicke bs crammed in between. We get it, MasterTape=MasterPiece, but it is so annoying not to mention he spoils what is coming up which I don't care to know beforehand.

Yup. He should put a bow on at the end without the replaying of the clip...if he needs to even be there at all. I liked having the crew recount behind the scenes stuff. It should be Harden Thicke intro and outro, but it should be the crew reflecting AFTER commercial breaks about what took place prior to the commercial break.
