I think they should put the Friday Show on after Master Tape Theater.

I have to admit that last week's MTT shows were good. I just wish they would play more than one show per day, but I really don't like to complain about such things.
I couldn't agree more. I know it hurts for a lot of long time fans to admit, but there are times now when it sounds like Howard would rather be anywhere but on the air. No wonder he has cut back his work schedule so much. There are still some fantastic segments, and when the show is "on" - it's been really "on" since the move to Sirius. But it seems the exception to the rule. Count me in as someone who would rather Howard didn't get these tapes back either...radio shows like Howard's work because they are live, topical, and relevant. Sure, once in a while you get a bit that might be worth repeating down the road - but a whole show from 10-15 years ago? Why would anyone be arrogant enough to think that this would be good listening, and not only that - but charge money for it! If he has to take all of this time off, then a "best-of" show with clips and live interaction (like the Friday show) is probably the lesser of two evils. But, with the new advertising of "give the gift of Howard" being played every break, there are going to be new people signing up expecting a normal run of live shows from Howard, only to be disappointed when they see how much he actually is on the air.

Right on!!!! The show is fine 90% of the time and everyone has a different 10% they don't like.

I understand legitimate criticism but please stop the constant complaining. It sickens me.

It's obvious that Howard is trying to Sabatage the system.

I like the old shows, I don't mind that it's not relevant. I mean hearing a show from the 80's where President Bush had us at war in the middle east, how could something like that resonate through today?

I agree. Go ahead and play the old shows on vacation time. Good for those folks who really get into them. Just don't play only the old shows repeated over and over. The Sirius shows are clearly the best. I wouldn't have paid for Sirius to hear old Howard reruns.

thats a good idea, but I think they should put the friday show on before master tape theatre. if u add the times of the friday show and mastertape theatre, they would probably equal a regular show when u include the wrap up show.
