Default Howard, go back on vacation. Now! Seriously!!

After waiting an entire week for new shows what's the first thing I hear this morning? "I want to talk about Michael Richards, but Dipshit the Farter [I've already forgotten dipshit's name] is in the green room." So Howard has to interview a guy who farts!!

So I turn the radio off for a half-hour and when I turn it back on howard is STILL talking to the dipshit.

Seriously, how the fuck can a grown man talk for half-an-hour non-stop about farting?? For that matter, how can a fucking village idiot talk for half-an-hour non-stop about farting?

Howard, if this is the best you have to offer then go back on vacation right now! And stay there until you can think of something even remotely entertaining to talk about.

I must have just missed that but I've been listening to most of the show and Stern sounds like he's in top form today (although I'm not a big Dan The Farter (?) fan either). I'm just glad Stern is back on live, the show sounds fine to me!

Dan was on to ask his girlfriend to marry him... I thought it was very cool of Howard to do that.

Great show today, glad he's back live!

What is the big deal? Switch to something else if you don't like what he is doing and come back later. I heard Dopie Aintfunny are doing Howard's old bit from his 1988 pay per view special (homeless shopping spree). Check it out and see how fast you come back to Sirius.

Not that it really matters, but that was Will the Farter - not Dan.

It doesn't. I also felt the show should've been solely devoted to news and back from vacation stuff. There was a lot to talk about. I usually hate back from vacation shows but today was great although I did miss a lot and am catching up.

Sort of related, what does everyone think of not only Tenacious D's movie bombing (I'll admit I wanted to see it but couldn't drag anyone else....Probably will have to see it alone) but also the movie that Howard kept promoting, "Let's Go Back To Prison". It seems like sometimes the show has a the power to generate buzz and get people interested. Apparently he helps book sales but I guess not movie ticket sales? I kind of wonder if people see this and might shy away from doing the show since it might not help their movie.

Both movies looked lame. He promoted the shit out of Boart and Jackass #2 and they did great. If a movie looks lame, nothing can save it.

OH MY GOD I'm listening to the replay and Robin was talking about her plane trip that showed Nacho Libre and I THOUGHT THE SAME THING.

I tried really really hard to watch that movie and there is just nothing there to hook ya.

Movie could have been 45min long and it felt like 45hrs.

HORRIBLE. The EXACT REASON I will not see the new one that's out ESPECIALLY now that I know the Nacho people produced it.

Hopefully it's like an Adam Sandler movie. HORRIBLE commercials, good movies.

It sounds like you just tuned in at the wrong time. You need to get up earlier. I woke up to the crew talking about Michael Richards, then Kelly Ripa, then Artie getting laid by someone that wasn't Dana, then back to Richards, various tangents, weighing Artie, He lost a whole damn pound!!! They spent a few minutes with Will and he proposed then the funniest friggin rant about Howard's treatment at the Ed Bradley roast.

The only reason I want him to go on vacation is so they'll come back with another kickass show like today.

"Nacho Libre" is a very acquired taste. I bought it and honestly am thinking "Why?" Probably just cause I'm such a huge Black fan...although I usually see his movies right when the come out but couldn't find anyone interested in this...Have to see it myself! It's easily his worst movie (except for "Envy", which none of it's stars wanted to associate with).

I have an idea that the movie is a lot like the HBO, which is hilarious. Looks like something that would appeal to fans of their music and that show...not sure if it would appeal to anyone else.

The "Nacho" people? Sure? I don't think it's the same thing....no, the people who made "Nacho" made "Napaleaon Dynamite", that's what Howard said (and he is right).

I think Artie lost like 11 pounds? He was 293 and I think went to 282? He was in the 290s, that's for sure. 280s sounds like a big loss!
