Not really. Doesn't it suck to have a memory that extends more than 6 months?

I too haven't listened much either. I might catch a few seconds when I'm surfing the presets, but I've been enjoying the music and some of the comedy that Sirus has to offer, and man is it nice. But don't get me wrong, once Howard is back live, I'll go back to listening daily.

I actually started listening to the Discovery Channel and it's pretty good.

I am getting away from my daily Sirius habit - this seems to happen when Howard is on another one of his extended breaks. I still listen a few minutes when I am in the car, but I definitely switch around - and find myself listening to my iPod or CD's a lot more. I will listen to Bubba though, if I am in my car during his show - but nothing gets me motivated to turn on my home Sirius receiver. This can't be what Sirius wants to hear, either.

A couple of things to note...I really don't think Sirius is listening, maybe they are, but I'm leaning on the side of the glass being half empty on that one. The other thing is, as long as you're a paying customer, I don't think they mind if you turn on Sirius or not. You can listen all day to your iPod and CD's, they're still getting 43 cents a day from your account.

Can't agree here, I have been loving the channels during the break. I visit the Farrell-a-pub in the morning and Bubba's House-o-Crazy in the afternoon.

I was planning on listening to O&A for the first time in months last week. They ended up only doing one show before taking their vacation.

I've been listening to a bunch of podcasts during the Stern show break. I still listen to 100/101 in my truck going back and forth to work some though. I'm really not into listening to stuff I've already heard.

You make a good point - I guess it really doesn't matter if I am listening or not, as long as I pay for my two subs every month. I guess the point I was trying to make was that the longer you get used to going without something, the easier it is to decide you don't need it. I'm not there quite yet, but I will say this - at the beginning of 2006, I could have never seen the day where I would be without Sirius radio. I loved the service, and Howard made it mandatory that I subscribe. Now, I'm not so sure. Howard doesn't seem all that interested in giving us live shows anymore, and I get better music (with some exceptions) from my own sources.

Been listening everyday, I'm digging the Best of shat. Can't forget about Riley and my new favorite Howard 101 show, The Joke Hunt.

Nope...I'm the same exact way. Maybe we're both strange?

I don't get why they repeat the same show all day. It is supposed to be the best of 2006, why can't they just run through 4 shows/day, 7 days a week and burn through a few months? Stupid they way they do it.
