I'm starting to really believe Ol' JR. He could care less whether or not I have heard him before. There's even some chick that vouches for him. I checked out Betus.net. Theres no really money involved, just virtual money. It's too bad, I was looking for a place to bet on football. Oh well. I wonder why Elliott Offen doesn't buy time on Sirius to advertise his video and phone call.

Yeah, they should have more reputable sponsors, like oil companies, no wait...more respectable sponsors, like pharmacutical companies--no, hold on....um, soda pop and fast food....er....aw, fuck it, sign me up for Sinus-Buster! Me & Joey Boots are gonna party!

What's funny about that one is that Howard had done that brilliant riff off the former child star (name escapes me) who was pushing the same kind of thing,.... come to Vegas for free except you have to attend the "seminar" on condominum opportunties hosted by some former TV star. Just as the guy was getting off the phone, Gary mentioned to Howard that the "guests" had to attend the seminar and Howard ran with it for another 20 minutes or more on what its like to attend a real estate sales pitch hosted by Jamie Farr. I cannot do it justice but for me it was Howard at his best, spontaneously making something very funny out of very little.

The more of them that Sirius plays per hour (and there certainly are more than when Howard first started on Sirius) the less anyone will actually listen to them. I automatically turn the dial now when Howard says "Fred, do we need a break here?" (The answer is always yes) and come back 15 minutes later. That about does it.
