I would accept them, and will ask my McManager about the possibility of such an incentive. Thanks.

However, if a company is at an almost 50% stock loss level and one person gets a balloon payment such as this one, to be honest, I'd be upset.

Who would you be upset at (Hypothetically speaking of course)?

1. Yourself, for buying stock in a company that hasn't broken even yet?
2. Yourself, for thinking the stock market is secure?
3. Yourself ,for buying stock and not selling it when you should?
4. Howard, for meeting contract incentives that were writtin in 2004? (Imagine if Howard didnt bring anyone to Sirius).

In other words, getting upset at a performer for getting paid, while you lost on a risk is not the correct logic to use here.

No loss here man, I sold my whopping 50 shares stock when it was a little over $4.00, I broke even, I bought it for $4.00. So with the fee they charge you for a trade, I broke even. Thanks for your concerns though.

TIJUANA1, I'm not upset at Howard at all. I've lost nothing, as I'm not a Sirius stockholder. My initial point was to ask those that are what they think of one person getting such a windfall while almost all other stockholders are out nearly half of their investment amount?

So is Howard responsible for XM being down 60% from last year? This has nothing to do with Howard and everything to do with companies that haven't managed to make a profit yet.

Why did you sell? Don't you believe in Howard? What kind of fan are you?

I don't follow or care about XM or its stock. XM stock has zero to do with Howard's bonus and the Sirius common stockholders' losses.

Well perhaps you should take a look at XMSR. Both SIRI and XMSR are way down and none of it has anything to do with Howard's salary or Howard's bonuses.

I never said it did. This topic is about Howard's bonus and stockholders' losses, not Sirius vs. XM.

Gee, the performance of a competing company's stock in a market that consists of only 2 companies has no bearing on the analysis of a decrease being a reaction to the market itself. Therefore we can definitively state the stock decrease is wholly due to an incentive paid out for goals being met.

Thank you E.F. Hutton.

I understand your point, and agree with you, for the most part. However, the topic I started was about Howard's bonus amount and Sirius stock, not a market analysis of competing product's stock.
