I couldn't believe it myself. Luckily there are over a hundred other channels to listen to.

Yeah, what the hell ever happened to that idea anyway? The ONLY way they're ever going to be able to play all those tapes is if they have a dedicated third channel just for that. And it's not like Howard's current show would be in competition with his old ones because there are no ratings!

I have not enjoyed MTT at all since it started. I mean its the same old show replayed a bunch of times. plus most of the shows from the 80s are so irrelevant in 2007 now. I liked it better when krock did best of. cuz at least they were all very funny bits instead of a whole show that is mediocre at best. I even liked hearing the friday show more cuz at least it was live.

Isn't is ironic? I too actually miss the Friday show now.

Shhh....don't complain or register any differing opinion, you'll wake the George A. Romero contingent and they'll resort to try and make you feel bad. They'll reach deep down into their insult bag and pull out something in the neighborhood of calling you a woman...because women complain, get it.

Jgatie...did you guys sell Two-Way Murphy Blinds in that big supermarket?

I actually like it when a Master Tape is on.

It gives me a chance to listen to the other channels and the other shows on my sirius. Today I got to listen to some Raw Dog Radio and I think just the other day I was listening to some Area 33 in the morning.
plus I can always play a CD.

I used to hate the Friday show and I'm not a big fan of Master Tape but eh what can I expect from someone that gets paid 100 million a year

Normally I'm in the "Whatever" camp when it comes to MTT. I'll listen sometimes, other times not. My one biggest gripe is that they tend to run only about 3 hours -- the all day replay of one 3-hour episode is a tad ridiculous.

But a rerun? Awful. I'm really hoping that someone dropped the ball and that this was a mistake, because that would make me feel better than the alternative.

Sure, right near the crying towels and the maxi-pads. Suck it up dudes. Shit or get off the pot. Cancel your sub or protest outside the Sirius building or join the O&A army - shit, even that takes more testosterone that whining incessantly on a forum.

Since everyone is bitching, didn't Howard say when he first came to Sirius that he would only take some Fridays off, and most of those would be in the summer.

How have we allowed this to morph into the current situation of accepting every Friday off? I hope they replay one of the shows from a year ago where he explains his Friday off policy.

Wow - how can the kool-aid drinking fans defend this one (you know who you are)? Today was like a slap in the face to all of us, I had a 5 hour car trip today, and when I reluctantly turned to H100 and heard a replay of a replay, I couldn't believe it. MTT is awful, and more people hate it than like it - and now, they can't be bothered to edit up some "new" ones?

Friggin Bubba works 2 days after his wedding, and Howard will give us another half-assed three day week...

I turned it on this morning and promptly changed the channel when I realized I had just recently heard this MTT. I must admit, the MTT don't do as much for me as I thought they would, but I am a newer fan. The one they played the other day following the OJ verdict was interesting, but usually I am bored by these shows.

Regardless, there is no excuse for replaying a MTT that was just played a month and half ago. Either give us a new MTT or at least replay a Sirius show. Are all the shows where Howard went off on Les Moonves off limits for replay?
