Hardly a day goes by that she doesn't get way too full of herself. This morning they were discussing a countdown of the all-time great guitar solos. She got it in her head the Santana's Black Magic Woman contained a legendary guitar solo. No one acknowledged her, so she kept pushing it, waiting for someone to say "Brilliant Robin! Of course Black Magic Woman should be in the top ten!" They just kept ignoring her.

I saw Santana on the list at #49 for a song called Europa. http://guitar.about.com/library/bl100greatestd.htm
It was actually kind of rude that they kept ignoring her. So what does that say...That she's a know it all or is just ignored just like everyone else. Artie gets ignored, too, sometimes, but he lets it slide.

Just talking about Joe. He had a great line, he said that he bought some land a few years back, then he said it was in 1973. Good stuff. Good interview.

In order to appreciate Robin, you just have to listen to other male and female duos on the radio. Most are too loud (Entertainment Tonight voices), unnatural and strain so hard to be funny or outrageous. Robin makes you feel that you are in on a bullshit session with truly smart and funny people. Contrast the Howard minus Robin on a talk show and the Howard plus Robin on his show. I'll take the Howard plus Robin any day.

They discussed the site this morning and Robin got really upset. I was kinda surprised because its only a site and I didn't think Robin would even care.. but her voice pitch got extremely high and she was very defensive..

And as she said, the site gets it wrong pretty often. Pretty hypocritical!

It should be! Looks like it's submissions from people aren't listening to the show very closely and/or are just hearing what the fuck they want to hear. It happens but to have a site made up of misquotes (they actually never quote her directly) is bullshit! It would be awesome if they dragged that guy's fatass in there but the problem is he'll pussy out and say it was listener submissions....Good luck tracking them down! The guys wasn't his fifteen mins and got them for a site that as wrong information used to slam Robin!

Cool She's the most egotistical

One time they all took a test to see who was the most egotistical. Guess who came out #1?

A classic sign of an egomaniac is the inability to handle criticism, even something that pokes fun in a friendly way, like this site. Robin's not a genius? Wow, who knew?

It makes it even funnier that Robin blows her stack everytime the site is mentioned. The concept of the site is brilliant if the person who created it had a hunch she would react like this.

I agree with the website that Robin gets a lot of stuff wrong, and does so in a kind of arrogant way. I couldn't believe that someone who claims to be a newswoman didn't know Clinton couldn't be Pres or VP again.

I disagree with their contention though, that we all want to see her leave. Her 34-ness is part of what makes the show great.

This website is awesome. What I wouldn't give for Robin to get the axe. Heck, i'd sleep with High Pitch Eric if Robin was booted off the show.
