Default Howard's Manhattan Apartment

when king of all blacks called this morning, I went and looked on google, and this is what it says about howards apt:

http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/sternapt1.html

Perhaps Howard Stern is growing tired of early-morning limo rides from Long Island to his New York City radio studio. Because, according to published reports, the King of All Media has recently plunked down $5.9 million for a 54th-floor Manhattan condominium (though the deed has yet to be filed with city officials). Those seven figures got Stern a 4149-square-foot pad with four bedrooms, six baths, and stunning views (Howie can probably even see rival Don Imus's penthouse two blocks to the east). Here are the floorplans for the new Stern spread, which is actually two apartments that were combined by the previous owner. These drawings were included in the offering plan issued by the condominium's sponsor. (2 pages)

and here's the floorplan. howard's too modest. he paid almost $6 million for that place it says. and its over 4000 square feet. I dont care what you say, that is pretty big.

Yo Howard, you got scones on the wall? You need some blown-glass shades, some cast-bronze chimes. Then get you some gold leaf gilding on the post and beam trusswork. How about da kitchen? You using moen faucets? Need you a pewter wine rack, too. What about the countertop - granite's good, but mosaic turquoise is what you really want.

I swear KOAB thought he heard "Prism" toilet instead of "Prison", cause he acted like it was some premiere brand, saying "Ohhh, well that's nice!". Sounded like he never heard of the brand but figured Howard must buy the best and didn't want to look uncool.

I wonder if Riker's Island has Moen faucets to go with the "Prism" toilets.

don't you guys act like howard doesn't have moen faucets in every room and a prism toilet in all the bathrooms. I heard he has plasmas on all the walls and ceilings so he can watch dancing with the stars while sleeping.

Having a layout of his apartment is kind of creepy.

I wonder how the 4000+ square feet compare to his new Hamptons place.

I bet he printed that floorplan out for Baba Booey the day he made him retrieve his jizz tissues so the maid wouldn't find them. Probably had to draw him a dotted line with an 'X' to mark the . . . uhhh . . . spot.

Why does KOAB always repeat the first three words in a question?

Why does he why does he insist on doing that?

Those blueprints aren't Howard's apartment. Howard makes far less then everyone thinks, he isn't rich. He makes factory worker wages.

Oh yeah I can relate. I know that with my factory worker wages I live in luxory with my brand new Audi, truck(was it a caddy I forget) Hamptons house , Limo driver, personal assistant, 4000 sq ft apartment, personal stylist, supermodel girlfriend, and ability to call a private jet at will.

he would love us to believe that he is still a "common man" when he's so far from that.
