I've decided Super Shuffle is a dumb idea. If you want the Jack format, go listen to one of the many FM stations instead. Even my little cow-town in N. California had a station like this, although I don't see it documented there in that article.

If the playlist of the Sirius station turns out to be something magnificent with very little repitition compared to most Sirius stations, then I'll change my tune.

Default Channels deleted

They have tons of rock stations and they decide to get rid WAX and slow jams. This is horrible. This is not acceptable.

The Spectrum is mostly rock. Disorder is an ecelectic mix of rock as well. Super Shuffle will incorporate the top hits from all genres, including country, pop, rock and others.

Jeff
Sirius Disorder is NOT just a "mix of rock" Do you even listen to it? I do, all the time. I hear plenty of Classical, Opera, Hymns, along with Classic County, Standards, Jazz and Blues, and yes, Rock!!!!!

If anything, Shuffle will be less eclectic than Disorder. Not knocking it, I love the mix type stations, just saying it will probably be more main stream (hits) then Disorder or Spectrum.

I like the new channel lineup !!! It sucks they are taking away some people favorite stations. Like my sister and brother-in-law loves Standard Time. But I guess they will like the new Spa 73?

But one thing I do like is that Phoenix Traffic reports is getting it own channel! No more listening to Miami traffic ! But don't know why they can't add more cities to the lineup, but maybe in time, they could add some cities, but they will have to share again?

But I will check out the new stations when they come out Sept 29! But I don't mind redoing my presets when some stations get moved around, like the country's stations and OutQ. Maybe I will add some of these new channels. Defiantly Howard Stern Channel 1 & 2!!!

The only cities getting their own traffic report channels are New York and Los Angeles. Phoenix and San Diego will now share 157.

I know New York and Los Angeles are getting there own channels. But when I saw the new lineup on Orbitcast.com I saw 157 - Phoenix, I saw San Diego but never bother looked at there channel! But still at least I don't have to hear Miami/Phoenix traffic. San Diego/Phoenix does make more sense now!

Standard Time is not going anywhere, it will be there on 76. They will add some swing music, but we still have it!

Not sure if this has been discussed before, but I thought Stern was getting 3 channels?
