Default Sirius and Recnet introduce online FM frequency search

Sirius and Recnet have introduced the My Sirius Frequency Finder. It allows people to find the best station to tune their Sirius radio to, especially now with the reduced power FM transmitters Sirius had to do earlier this year to comply with FCC regulations. You simply enter a zipcode, and it will show you the best choices(up to five) to tune your FM transmitter to. For example, in Sirius' downtown manhattan zip code of 10020, the best station to go to is 95.9, followed by 91.9. Pretty cool application Sirius!

Thanks dlnester!

Recnet used to make this information available from their fmfind.info domain, and lots of members used to recommend them then. I'm sure that, now partnered with Sirius, the data will get better and more useful. Like BenDee, I tip my hat to Sirius for improving their listener experience with a stronger internet presence.
