Default ALC Module Panasonic CR-SRF100

I did not receive a ALC in the Panasonic tuner box. Attempts to contact Sirius have gone un-answered. Since I can't hook it up without one, how do I get the ALC module?

Where did you get the tuner from? A retailer or the friends and family giveaway?

What did Sirius say when you called them?

You can connect the antenna direct to the tuner with no repercussions..

You just might get more dropouts without an ALC module.

Just remember... one connector is made for the other, so if it doesnt fit try the other. They are different colors but they DO fit. If you using a Brown and White antenna connectors.. It's white on white and brown on blue.

Friends and Family.......

Multiple requests to call various #'s - all dead ends.

I'm into hooking this up, but distressed at not having the ALC

BB - The keys on the connectors would require the beige connector to be sqashed onto the blue tuner connector. Is that what you propose?

Have you tried calling Sirius CustomerCare directly at 1-888-539-7474 and telling them that the tuner you purchased did not include an ALC box? If they tell you to go back to the retailer where you purchased it, tell them that you did and they could not help. Request that Sirius mail you one directly.

I use my Sirius units without the ALC hookup, works just fine. Try it first without.. I have a couple extra ones if you need.

Push a little bit, if its the right one it WILL slide on (a little tight)..
If it will not go on after pushing it, then switch them..

I just can't remember which color goes on what with the beige/green connector antennas. The antennas with Brown & White is white on white and blue on brown.
