Default S50 Warranty

I bought an S50 in December - which stopped working in April. Go a new only that worked for less than 4 weeks. Still waiting on another one - its been 2 months. I also had a home dock which stopped working in May - also have not received a new one. Sirius is still charging me a monthly charge for the service - they say they will credit me when I get the new S50, however for the last replacement they did not.

I have spent 300 on installing/uninstalling and mailing these products out (not inlcuding the initial install). Is there any way to get reimbursed for this? Or get something in return - say a life time membership which used to be offered at 300 anyway.

So I have had Sirius for 8 months and it only worked for 4 - anyone know who to talk to for an answer? I prefer a refund so I can just buy the next mobile product they come out with it later this year.

I have also heard that the warranty goes from when you bought your initial S50 - so even if I get a new one in August as part of the warranty program, it will only be covered through my original purchase date of December. Shouldn't it be covered for another year?

Post S50 Warranty

The knob fell off my S50 called and told them about all the problems I was having. Sirius told me they will ship out a new S50 within 2 weeks(outa stock) and for me to ship mine back as soon as I got a phone call saying the new unit was on the way. I even threaten them with XM told them I was unhappy with the service I was having and they gave me a credit until I recieved my new one

Default Starmate Replay Boomcube

Does anyone know who handles the warranty for the Boomcube (not the replay unit itself). I need to send the antenna back for replacement.

Thanks

I have a warranty question. I have a SIR-KEN1 tuner made by Directed Electronics and installed at a local shop. There is a known issue that some of these tuners are defective and sit in a "waiting" state when you turn on your car (as mine does). The installer is replacing it free of charge since it's defective. I'm a lifetime sub and am at my 3 tuner limit. I called sirius CS and they said "no problem as it's under warranty". I'm concerned because I'm not sure the the CS rep was correct and I don't want to get stuck paying the $75 fee after I get it replaced. Any thoughts?

I have a Sanyo junk unit. You seem pretty knowledgeable. How many units of this *&%$& were unloaded on folks like me? Thanks
