Default Sirius stops working. Says invalid Channel

I have had my sirius radio for a couple months. Everything has been great, but 2 days ago it stopped working out of no where. No changes have been made to my system, and now all my head unit displays is invalid channel for every channel that i go to, and i get no audio. 184 the preview channel no longer even comes up. My system is a clarion VRX935VD, with the sirus tunner, and the terk mini antenna. Everything is still plugged in, and mounted down so i dont know how anything would of came unplugged. Phone calls to sirius are pointless because no one answers. I also checked and made sure they billed me, and i paid and i have. Does anyone have any ideas? thanks chris.

No one answers? I find that hard to believe.

You might want to get them to re-send your signal, or you might just have a defective unit (which is probably what CS will tell you).

Sorry but it sounds like the unit is a goner.

How can no one at Sirius answer? What number are you calling? I would bet your unit is toast, but I am also betting youre not calling the right Sirius #.
