Looks awesome. I've always been a big fan of Eclipse products (my Formula's mid-highs are powered by an Eclipse 4-channel amp).

I had an Eclipse unit in my Acura TL. I had a lot of problems with feedback in my speakers. The source was the HU. I replaced it with the Pioneer AVIC unit. Everything is smooth now. Good luck with your new purchase. I am still a big fan of Eclipse. Too bad it didn't work out for me.

Did you have aftermarket speakers or the factory (Bose?) speakers?

I have Focal Speakers driven by JL Audio 4 ch amp, Custom JL Sub box driven by JL Audio 1 ch amp. No trace of Blows (I mean Bose). It was strange, we did a lot of tweaking and adjustments. Simply switched the HU and problem went away. I can't explain it. Maybe bad RCA jacks on the unit I received???

The Sirius diaplay is worth a million bucks. No more scrolling! I love it.

I knew that the party was too good to last. Lately, I've been getting a lot of drop offs. These aren't 5-10 second dropoffs. Once it drops off, it doesn't come back for awhile. Sometime, I have to restart the car to get it going again. It just says "Acquiring". Other times, it's fine with zero problems.

I haven't checked connections yet because I don't know where the installer installed the tuner, but I was thinking of doing a mini teardown and see what I can find. Other than connections, anything else I should look for?

Thanks
