Default Can't "LISTEN" online

I'm a new subscriber. I can logon to manage my account with my username and password but when I want to listen online it tells me the username and (or) password is incorrect.

Is the username for listening online different then the oneto manage your account and if so where do I set it?

Sorry, but no they aren't different. They are exactly the same.. if you can't get in, a call to customer service is in order..

I checked mine out first before I replyed. Mine are complelely different.

My account info does not use an e-mail address as streaming does.

I just spoke with SIRIUS. They said as of May 1 all passwords are the same for both manage the account and to listen online. They also said they are having problems with the streaming player and it is down right now which is why I can't access it.

When I said that I checked mine out, I did, on paper.

However, tonight I tried to log on, and it wouldn't let me. I tried another user and password, it worked.

I apologize, you were correct. They are the same.
