Default Lost & Confused

I am trying to activate my radio XTR7CK. I was following the instructions and got to Channel 184 and "Acquiring Signal". I went inside to activate the radio, followed the subscription pages and when I went back outside and my 7 yr old had turned the receiver off. Now I can't seem to get anything to work.
I turned the receiver back on and all I get is the Sirius Logo Display. I have turned it off, unplugged it, pressed menu etc and I get nothing but the dog.
I also seem to be in no man's land on the subscription website because it keeps taking me back to the "Activation CheckList" which of course I can't answer yes to "radio on and tuned to channel 184" or "able to hear audio".
Can anyone help or guide me to someone who can.
Any help is appreciated.

Call up Customer Service, explain to them your problems,& tell them you cannot activate online ( they wont charge you for the callup). What possibly happened is, the activation signal was interrupted when the radio was turned off by your 7 year old. Ask them to send you another activation hit, and hopefully your 7 year old will not touch it.

Call while you are right by your radio and tell them what happened. You won't get charged for the support call.
This a test.........If this were a real emergency, we would all run screaming!

This usually indicates a bad tuner. Where did you buy it? You might be able to exchange it for another tuner, then you can call Sirius CS and have them activate the new tuner with the subscription that you signed up for online. All you should have to do is tell them what happened, and ask to do a "tuner swap". Make sure they don't charge you for the $15 phone activation though.
