Default '05 Ford Five-Hundred w/ JVC KD-AR560

This is my company car (leased) nothing over the top, got all the gear from Crutchfield. Excluding the ProClip mount for the iPod.

Install JVC KD-AR560 w. JVC SIR tuner, antenna on the dash.

No drop outs from antenna on dash, works great. Simply tucked the wire under the dash top cubby pocket and fished it to behind the radio, seemless, no wire showing on the dash. Worked out great.

Headunit is great, no funky data quirks or anything from the JVC gear. I've had it in the car for over 4 days now, works fantastic. IMO it looks great in the dash.

There was even enough room in the dash to use double sided foam tape and adhere the SIR tuner unit to the top of the reciever. By far one of the easiest Sirius installs I've done, the entire operation was plug and play easy. I really like haveing the front AUX input for the iPod too.

Plenty of power from the HU to push the OE speakers too, sounds 10x better then the Factory radio.

Too bad Ford has yet to offer an OE Sirius kit for the Five-hundred....

Ever watch Ren and Stimpy, remember the log song?

..It's big it's heavy it's a Ford.

I should have picked the 300, I'm not impressed.
I'll keep my Hondas for now.
