Default "Cool" antennas?

I own and drive 3 Audis, all are of the generation previous to integrated satellite radio. One has a roof-mounted Fuba amplified AM/FM antenna, the other two use amplified front and rear windshield diversity antennas. I am wondering if anyone has ever come across a neat "combo" antenna, preferably through-hole roof mount. Looking for AM/FM/Sirius, maybe even with GPS and PCS as well. I know new MB's and BMW's have them, but havent been able to find anything similar in the aftermarket. Please tell me what you have found and where it can be seen, thanks!
