Default Atlanta Area Repeater

I'm stumped as to how to figure out where a terrestrial repeater is around me. I had a great signal about 3-4 weeks ago in my office, then it disappeared for about 2 weeks, then suddenly this week, it's back. When I checked the Antenna Aiming menu, I see that now I'm receiving a full terrestrial repeater signal, but zero satellite signal. Is there any way I can tell if the TR went down for a couple of weeks, and if so, who do I notify/ask to get it back working again?

Default Chicago Area Repeater

I would love to know the same information about the Chicago area repeaters. Up till yesterday, I could easily get 6 bars on the TER but yesterday never got more than 3 and today I can't get any.

And now it looks like the TR is down to 3 bars in my antenna aiming screen. I mean, it's a bit cloudy today...could that have anything to do with it?

No.It`s not like satellite TV.Weather will have no effect on signal.

Perhaps we could form the SBSRP or Sirius Backstage Repeater Patrol. After all, we will probably discover problems in our area before Sirius. It'd be nice if a highly visible thread dedicated to this topic was visible for engineers at Sirius to check daily. Jeff?

I'm up for it. I listen every day (when it's up and working) at work, M-F. And right now, I'm aggravated because I've only got 3 bars, and I'm sitting on "Acquiring Signal" when I'm trying to listen to the Dimebag Darrell tribute on Hard Attack.
