Nada. I'm sitting here at work, staring at 3 bars, because if I stare long enough, the signal will come back! Ok, maybe not.

The frustration builds! One thing's for certain, my radio has been running cool lately, REAL cool.

Yep! Finally back up at full strength!

Hopefully it will be a while before we have to go through that again.

My co-worker just came by my desk and said he was getting a full repeater signal on his way in this morning. Naturally, I took my radio home last night (!), so I can't test my office signal out until tomorrow, but it sounds like order has been restored. Thanks for the good news!

The signal has been stronger this week and is finally at full strength right now! I have never had a problem this long either, hopefully this situation doesn't happen again.

<sigh of relief>

All is well again. I'm getting a full terrestrial signal this morning, and couldn't be happier. Thanks SIRIUS!

So far I'm still getting a signal, so everything is going strong!

when I had a blaupunkt sr-04 I had the same problem, I hated it.

now that i have my sportster replay everything is nice. I can listen to music all the way through that long tunnel (on the 10 i think it is), goes out under small overpasses when traffic slows though. downtown around all the large buildings i go down to 2 bars or so but it keeps on keeping on

My Phoenix repeater signal still stinks. It's great for an hour or two, then it drops out completely. Very frustrating. How can a stationary signal source be great one moment and bad the next?

Fluctuations caused by the movement of the orbiting sats. At times it may attenutate the repeater signal if your in a fringe area.

The repeaters are fed by a geostationary satellite (Telstar - Leased Capacity), not by the Sirius broadcast sats.

Anyone still having issues with this? I get full signals from the sat but only 3 clicks from the repeater. I'm not having any issues getting a signal, but I'm worried that I may eventually.

I live right on the north edge of the high rises in central Phoenix (Central/Indian School area) and rarely have any problems with the Terr signal. I get full strength on the S50. Sat flexs between 75-100%. I have not brought the S50 to work with me yet so I am not sure how the Terr signal is around mid-town area.
