Default Adding 1 Radio and Deleting another?

I tried doing this online but could not see a place to delete a radio. Also I tried calling but hate voice prompted menus.

Also which is cheaper activating online or on the phone? Which is easier also?

Thank You.

I don't think you can do a radio swap online. It shouldn't cost you anything to swap radios. You're going to have to call. That's what I did when I replaced one of my radios.

Yep, you need to get through to customer service and they'll do the swap over the phone for you. You'll need the SID for the old radio, and for the new radio. Can't be done on-line.

I've done this several times, and there's no charge. You just have to call and provide the old receiver's ESN and the new receiver's ESN.

Deleting one and then adding a new one would cost you the activation charge.

Thanks everyone.

Also since it is time to renew next month does sirius offer the 15% off promo on service or just on hardware.

Thanks.

Does anyone have the US sub customer service telephone number that I can dial from Canada? I know there used to be one kicking around a while back. I tried to search but can't find anything. Let me know....I plan on doing that swap thing tomorrow, coincidentally. I call the number on the Sirius site, but it automatically forwards me to Sirius Canada.

Thanks in advance.
