Default Sirius One Reception Fixed

The FM transmission on the Sirius One won't work normally without an external 'FM OUT' antenna. Once you attach it, all static is gone and the reception is excellent. I jerry-rigged one from Radio Shack. Just FYI

I bought my One radio in April of 2006. It always worked pretty good, but very recently I added RCA audio cable to the audio out on radio. That's for in my house. Never any static so I don't have to switch between different frequencies any more. Did the same thing in my car. Beautiful sound. Glad I did it.
If I leave the radio on in the house. Then I drive away in my car. I can still here the Sirius broadcast for at least a half a block or so.
