Default do the different sirius antennas provide better/worse reception?

i have 3 different sirius radio antennas, one from my old sportster, which is a larger antenaa. i have one from my s50, the one with the silver circle in the middle and now i have one from the SIR-JVC1 sirius tuner i bought for my new head unit, that is pretty small. i used the small one from the new jvc tuner and think im getting more drop outs. do the other antennas provide any stronger signal strength? i ran the wire through the firewall of my truck and its hard to get out, so if the antennas are all the same i wont bother.

I don't have the exact specs on the Gain of the Antennas, but the Dot Micro Antenna has a Higher Gain than the standard antenna.

Also for the Home Antennas, the Outdoor Home Antenna has a higher Gain than the Home PNP/Windowsill Antenna.

I do feel that the Dot Micro antennas on the other hand are more likely to go bad after a period of time than the non Dot Micros.
