Default Coverage in Mexico City

I have heard that it is possible that Sirius can be picked up throughout parts of Mexico, including where I live in Mexico City. I would love to find out if this is true or not. If there is somebody who has any experience or first-hand knowledge of this, please let me know. I would hate to buy a Sirius radio and not be able to use it.
Thank you very much

I'm sure that someone around here would know if it's possible to get a signal down there. I'm not going to say you can because I've never heard anyone say they've taken a radio down there, but I know we have people from the Dominican Republic that post here, and I've read post from people that have taken there radios down there, and they work just fine...

We have Sirius and use it in Puerto Vallarta and also in Morelia. It works great. Should have no problem in DF.

Post Signal Above the EQUATOR

As long as you are NORTH of the equator, on the Western hemispheare, you should be able to listen to it. Im in the VI and it works PERFECTLY.
