I really think it's just simple sloppiness... For instance, if you look at the traffic channels some have spaces between their names and some don't, which means someone isn't paying attention.

I believe one of the main reasons of the TEST UPDATE was because of the Mazda fiasco that happened this summer. Since there's going to be another channel update in January, they tested the channel update to see if it affected the Mazdas and Chryslers.

Same thing happened to my XACT XTR8 a couple of weeks back...wonder if it was the same deal and now I have a crippled modulator?
