Default Tuning to Channel 17 = No signal?

I was noticing during my 2 hour trip for the ole Turkey Day that everytime I tuned to channel 17 I wouldn't get sound. I would get full 3 bars of SAT signal but a screen would come up saying Acquiring Signal. All other channels were great. 3 bars of full SAT signal no dropouts at all during the entire trip....wide open interstate. Very weird....

Wait... do you mean three out of three bars of SAT or three out of ten of SAT? (MENU -> Antenna Aiming)

It has worked fine for me today. My wife has been listening to the Dead all day.

Red face

That was happening to me too the other day... But on channel '111-Cosmo'... I had full reception and all the other channels worked, but when I turned it to channel 111, it would say "Acquiring Signal" with full bars... I was wondering what the hell was going on.
