Default Use Factory GPS Nav Antenna To Replace Sirius External

Have '06 Saab SportCombi with factory shark fin GPS/NAV antenna mounted at rear of roof. Don't have GPS/NAV receiver but do have Sirius S50. Would like to do away with external magnetic antenna and utilize existing factory mounted antenna. Is this possible? Are antennas comparable? Don't need to receive NAV and Sirius at same time. Would like to plug into existing antenna cable for cleaner install.

I would think it would be different. Some Sirius antennas have 2 antennas built-in, 1 for satellite and the other for repeaters on the ground.
