Kind of. If you want to give it as a gift to someone, you can either get a free month when they activate it, or you can get them a free radio when you pay for 6 months plus activation at $6.99/month. Both promotions end 12/31.

Yes, but the battery won't charge nearly as fast as it would if it were off.

If you are trying to charge it via USB and listening to Satelite radio, it will over time discharge the battery, but not as fast as not having the USB cable hooked up.

I think that's just the same as the one that comes with the Stiletto- the power cable. It only charges the battery that is in the unit.

If you go get yourself a HOMEDOCK all of your battery charging needs will be met.

I take my power supply to work with me and just plug it in while I'm sitting at my desk listening. That way, it charges during that time and I can use it around the lab all day. I can make my 4 hr battery last all day by splitting 50% at my desk with the charger connected and 50% around the lab listening live.
