If you do a google search for your type of vehicle and Sirius antenna, you might find an online place to buy one.

Thanks, but I guess I should have been more clear.

When I search the web I find the real oem unit with antenna.

But what I'm looking for is a permanent install (drill the roof), replacement for the mag mount antenna that comes with the Starmate and such.

It's for my 99 Dodge Ram quad cab.

But frankly when I say OEM style I mean needing to drill and the coax comes out the bottom of the antenna as to go through the hole.
I don't care if it's from/for the dodge or not, just that it's the right connector for the SIR-PNR2 (same as the starmate) works as good as the standard issue or better.

tnx

Here is one site. They have the total package, but might have the antenna separate.

This is the antenna I'm using on my Dodge Ram. I'm using this because where i
live the signal is weak and with this antenna i have no problem.

NorthernLight,
Thanks for posting the link for the one your using.
In looking through their site I found a new one they are coming out with and emailed them about it.
SRA-25
It looks just like the present supplied PNP antenna from Sirius, small low profile.

I emailed them about it, and they said it will have a bottom exiting pigtail like the SRA30 does.

You can go to the Dodge dealer and buy an antenna from the parts department.
I have a Pontiac but I ordered the antenna GM put on the Sierras and Yukons and such. Drilled a hole in the roof and ran the wire down. Given, it's an XM antenna but someone on the forums makes adapters that I used. Works perfect, and looks stock.

NorthenLight,

What is the size of the SRA-30 antenna? The SRA-25 looks nice. I do not see the specs on size though. I wonder if they are going to make it in black.

SR30

SR30 specs

Do you need the SM30 kit to mount it on the truck roof?
Which is what's shown here:
SM30 mount

Does their coax terminate in the same connector which is on the mag mounts that come with the pnp receivers?

tnx
