Question 95 Chev Pickup (Alpine CDA7894 XM Ready)/Pont. Vibe

Anybody know if the ST2 Sirius will hook up to this reciever and work even though it is XM ready and not sirius? If not are there better ways of connecting rather than FM transmitting? This one is being installed in a 95 Chevy Ext. cab.

I also have another ST2 that is going into a Pontiac Vibe any suggestions for installation in that vehicle?

Thanks

Wink

Wow! Finally after this forum TWO, Radio Shacks and a Wal Mart the kid at best buy answers my question as if I should have known, or someone along the way, the answer to my problem all along. For those that would like to know the part # at best buy to hook up the SIRIUS ST2 or equal to a XM ready Alpine is PXRALP as well as the ISVE923 Stereo mini Jack to Stereo RCA Connectors. The equivalent could have been purchased online for a little less but I was so impressed with the willingness to help I spent the few extra bucks locally.

Done venting!
