Angry Reset Kenwood H2E?

I have a Kenwood H2E which started with the infamous constant rebooting problem a few days ago. The uit turns on, the Sirius logo pops up, a few seconds later the unit turns off. This cycle repeats ad nauseum. Is there a way to reset the unit? I tried turning it off and even removing it from the docking station, mintues or even a day had no effect.
Any help is appreciated.

Over the weekend I had a problem with my H2E, found the reset, and it fixed it. Take the unit out of the dock, and on the back is a small square hole. Use a toothpick and press the tiny button in that hole. My problem was that there was no sound and after trying all of the settings in the menus I finally tried that reset button and, although it deletes all of the settings (presets, song seek, frequency, etc.) the radio works again!

Default H2E Reset

Read the note on resetting, but can't verify there is a button, I see a small white, what looks like a dip sw, but can't get a click or anything when pressing on it????
