Default Wiring Questions for SIR-PNR2 to Pioneer Radio

I decided to switch from XM to Sirius, so I bought a SIR-PNR2 today to go with my Pioneer DEH-3700MP already installed in my car. It had an XM tuner that it was working with. I took out the XM one, and I am pretty sure everything is set up with the SIR-PNR2 except for the power harness. I am not sure where the black and yellow cords go. The XM seemed to be set up different....(it had a black wire attaching to a black wire, then a orange wire that connected with a pink wire but split off from it).....for the SIR-PNR2, it appears that that I just need to use the black and yellow wires. So do i just ignore how the XM was set up and cut existing black and yellow wires and connect them with the ones from the SIR-PNR2?

If so, what do i do with the orange wire that is attached to the pink wire in the XM set-up? Just make a straight connection for the pink one? (this was a separate orange wire than the other two connecting to the radio).

Any help would be much appreciated!
